(May 12, 2008) Total Transportation Services announced the launch of the TTS User Council to guide changes and upgrades of their integrated transportation management system including the LoadTech® program. The new TTS User Council consists of 8 individuals drawn from the TTS agent network throughout the United States.
Justin Bolzenius, director of business operations for TTS, is the lead manager of the council and is responsible for managing and facilitating the group’s activities.
“The TTS User Council is designed to keep us ahead of the learning curve and help us effectively implement changes to our information system,” said Bolzenius.
The TTS User Council will meet monthly to assess new enhancements and upgrades to the TTS system. The Council will evaluate inefficiencies, ease of use issues and program effectiveness.
The TTS advance technology solution utilizes LoadTech® as the primary information systems platform. This is the premier transportation management enterprise system and the one that TTS has integrated into its system and processes. The web-enabled program covers all aspects of supply chain and transportation management.
“Our best-in-class information system is tailored specifically to meet the unique needs of our agents and their customers,” said Bolzenius. “It’s important that we have input and insight from various users on an ongoing basis and that is the purpose of the Council.”
The TTS User Council is made up of individuals with a wide variety of system and transportation industry experience. Each member will serve a one year terms with new members drawn from the TTS agent network.
