(June 1, 2007 - Dallas) Frito-Lay awarded Total Transportation Services its Inbound Transportation Supplier of the Year for 2006.
The award was presented to Andy Cole, president and chief executive officer of Total Transportation Services and two TTS agents, Positive Transportation in Addison, Texas and Mac's Logistics in Cameron, Texas. The award was presented on April 24, 2007 at a special presentation honoring Frito-Lay suppliers.
"We moved our first load with Frito-Lay in April of 2006 as a start-up transportation provider and in one year we have been rewarded for a job well done with this great honor", said Andy Cole. "TTS and our agents Positive Transportation and Mac's Logistics, provided Frito-Lay with outstanding service, innovation, and the ability to provide additional truck capacity in areas with difficult transportation lanes."
